Thai AirAsia (FD) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic & international routes. The airline provides the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum size of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The flight ticket fare does not include checked baggage allowance. Airport check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes before the departure time. Online check in is allowed for flight on Thai AirAsia official website. It can be done 14 days prior to scheduled flight departure time.

Flight Attendant

Thai AirAsia cabin crew wears a uniform in red, white, grey, black. For male flight attendants, they wear black jacket with red zipper with black trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear bright red tailored blazers and white shirt and red pencil skirts, gray tights, and black shoes. The design itself was perfectly laid out, making it easier for the crew to move around the cabin while providing passengers’ needs.

Web Check-in

Through the official website of Thai AirAsia, passengers can check in online. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 14 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for Thai AirAsia opens 180 minutes before the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk check-in services is available for the Thai AirAsia passengers, and could be accessed at the departure airport depending on the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline customer service. The check in time is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
