History

Vietjet Air which operates with IATA (VJ) and ICAO (VJC) runs under the management of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. The airline was first established in 2007. Throughout the years, Vietjet Air intends to serve more customers by enhancing its services. This airline was first flown on 25-12-2011. The first ever flight route was Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - Hanoi (HAN) using Airbus A320-200. Vietjet Air has been awarded Best Low-cost Airline in Vietnam 2022 by SKYTRAX.

Vietjet Air cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by red & dark brown for men and red & light brown for women. For male flight attendants, they wear red shirt with dark brown pants. For female flight attendants, they wear red shirt & light brown tie with light brown short pants. Besides a perfectly designed uniform, Vietjet Air cabin crew always put the passenger and their experience on the forefront.

Through the official website of Vietjet Air, passengers can do web check in. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Vietjet Air check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk check-in services is available for the Vietjet Air passengers, and may be accessed at the departure city airport according to the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline call center. The check in time is 3 hours before the departure time.

App Check-in
