Introduction

Vietjet Air (VJ) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic & international routes. The airline gives the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum dimension of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The fare does not include free checked baggage allowance. Passenger can start checking in at the airport 180 minutes before the flight departure time. Online check in is available for flight with the airline on Vietjet Air official website page. History

Vietjet Air operating with IATA (VJ) and ICAO (VJC) runs under the management of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. The airline was founded in 2007. During its period of development, Vietjet Air has grown remarkably and keep maintaining a reliable service for their passengers. This airline was first flown on 25-12-2011. The first ever flight route was Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - Hanoi (HAN) using Airbus A320-200. Vietjet Air has won Best Low-cost Airline in Vietnam 2022 by SKYTRAX.

Flight Attendant

Vietjet Air cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by red & dark brown for men and red & light brown for women. For male flight attendants, they wear red shirt with dark brown pants. For female flight attendants, they wear red shirt & light brown tie with light brown short pants. The design itself represents Vietjet Air sense of purpose to provide an excellent service to their passengers during the flight.

Web Check-in

Passengers can do web check in through the official website of Vietjet Air. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Web check-in can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Vietjet Air check-in counters 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Vietjet Air let you use kiosk check-in services for the passengers, that can be accessed at the departure airport according to the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline call center. The check in time is 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

App Check-in

App check-in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) application is possible. To do so, the passengers should download the Vietjet Air mobile application on their mobile. The check in time is 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
