Introduction

Vietjet Air (VJ) is a low cost carrier airline operating domestic & international routes. The airline gives the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum dimension of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The ticket fare does not include checked baggage allowance. History

Vietjet Air which operates with IATA code (VJ) and ICAO code (VJC) was first established in 2007. The airline is managed by VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. Throughout the years, Vietjet Air strives to satisfy more customers by enhancing its services. This airline started its operation on 25-12-2011. The first ever flight route was Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - Hanoi (HAN) using Airbus A320-200. Vietjet Air has been awarded Best Low-cost Airline in Vietnam 2022 by SKYTRAX.

Flight Attendant

Vietjet Air cabin crew wears a uniform in red & dark brown for men and red & light brown for women. For male flight attendants, they wear red shirt and dark brown pants. For female flight attendants, they wear red shirt & light brown tie with light brown short pants. Besides a perfectly made uniform, Vietjet Air cabin crew have earned an outstanding reputation for its excellent flight services and safety quality.

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for Vietjet Air opens 180 minutes before the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.
