The airline serves flights to destination cities all over the world from its main hub located in Da Nang International Airport (DAD), Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), Cat Bi International Airport (HPH), Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport (SGN), Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR). Vietjet Air operates under VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. The leader of the company is Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao. The head office for the airline is located in Vietnam.

History

Vietjet Air operating with IATA (VJ) and ICAO (VJC) is operated under VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. The airline was first established in 2007. Over time, Vietjet Air continued to flourish its business by maintaining a worthwhile and pleasant experience for their loyal passengers. This airline was first commenced on 25-12-2011. The first ever flight route was Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - Hanoi (HAN) using Airbus A320-200. Vietjet Air has won Best Low-cost Airline in Vietnam 2022 by SKYTRAX.

Flight Attendant

Vietjet Air cabin crew wears a uniform in red & dark brown for men and red & light brown for women. For male flight attendants, they wear red shirt and dark brown pants. For female flight attendants, they wear red shirt & light brown tie and light brown short pants. Apart from a beautifully made uniform, Vietjet Air cabin crew have earned a great reputation for its excellent flight services and safety quality.

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for Vietjet Air opens 180 minutes prior to the departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Vietjet Air (VJ) is a low cost carrier airline operating domestic & international routes. The airline provides the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum size of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The ticket fare does not include checked baggage allowance. Check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Online check in is available for flight with the airline on Vietjet Air official website. It can be processed 1 days prior to flight departure time.
